Immigration Field Trip

Dear Parents,

        We are excited that we will be going to a Naturalization Ceremony at the United States Federal District Court on Wednesday, March 15.  This will be a wonderful experience for the girls and a perfect way to introduce our study of Immigration. While we are there, we will have an opportunity to visit a courtroom with Judge Hannah Lauck and then see the newest American citizens sworn in.

We will leave school by bus at 9:00 and return by 12:30. When we return, the girls will have a picnic lunch at school.  Everyone will need to pack a lunch and a drink that day.  Please be sure that your daughter remembers to wear field trip attire.

Don’t worry! We will remind you of this trip after Spring Break!
